Eyeglasses Program for Students Extended
The Eyeglasses Program for Students has been extended through September 30,
2011. The program will be evaluated at that date and then renewed if funds are
available.
Students will be entitled to a $45.00 credit towards the purchase of one pair of
eyeglasses during a 12 month period. If the total is greater than $45.00, you will
be required to pay for the difference, in advance, before the eyeglasses can be
ordered. Payment may be made with a money order, certified check, or a
debit/credit card.
Students must have had their eyes examined on, or after, June 1st, 2010. You may
have an eye exam with Dr. Heisler at the Red Lake Eye Clinic, or you may bring in
an outside prescription.
