Annie E. Fineday, age 68 of Cass River (Pennington), Minn. died Friday, June
18, 2010 in Cass Lake Indian Hospital, Cass Lake, Minn.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at the Cass River
(Pennington) Community Center with Rev. George Ross officiating.  Visitation
will begin 3 PM Sunday till time of service on Tuesday at the Cass River
(Pennington) Community Center.  Interment will be in the Fineday Cemetery,
Brook Lake Township, Beltrami County, Minn.  Arrangements were entrusted
with the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home, Bemidji, Minn.

Annie Elizabeth Gibbs was born February 18, 1942 in Red Lake, Minn. to
Sally Gibbs and was adopted and raised by grandparents, Robert and
Elizabeth (Kingbird) Gibbs Sr.  She grew up in Redby, Minn. and attended
school in Redby and Red Lake.

In 1957 she met Henry Fineday and they made their life together until Henry
passed away in 1995.  Annie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and
wife.  She enjoyed the casino, playing scrabble and riding in the country.  She
took pride in helping to raise her grandchildren and teaching them values.  
She was a great cook and loved cooking for her family on holidays.  She had
wonderful family recipes she shared with her children.  She really enjoyed her
granddaughters and she enjoyed helping with her family.  

Survived by daughters, Clair (Juan) Gonzales, Sally Fineday, Donna (Duane)
Beaudreau and Delores (Harry Chase) Fineday, all of Pennington, Minn.; Son,
David Anthony Fineday,
St. Cloud, Minn.; 13 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren; Sisters,
Delores Fineday and June Mendoza of Pennington, Minn.; Brothers, James
Gibbs of Redby, Minn and Myron Gibbs, Bemidji, Minn.

Preceded in death by Parents, husband, 2 sisters, 1 brother and 2
grandchildren.
