Lisa Marie Thompson, 42, of Bagley, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010. at
MeritCare Hospital in Fargo, N.D.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at the Rice Lake
Community Center in Rice Lake, Minn. with the Rev. George Ross officiating.
A wake will begin today, Jan. 27, at 4:00 p.m. at the center and continue until
the time of service. Burial will be in the St. Phillip’s Episcopal Cemetery in
Rice Lake.
The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted with the arrangements.
She was born July 9, 1967, to Scott and Doris Goodwin in Bagley. She grew
up in Minneapolis and moved to Bemidji, in 1999. For the past couple of
months she had resided in Bagley.
She is survived by her significant other, Rawlen Guinn of Bagley; a daughter,
Ashley Cook of Bagley; sons, Sonny Cook of Minneapolis, Dareck Thompson
of Bagley, Jerry Cook of Bagley, Jeremy Cook of Bagley and Jerad Cook of
Bagley; sisters, Holly Thompson of Bagley and Valerie Thompson of Bagley
and one grandchild to be born in May.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
