Appleton, Adelle Susanne Born August 7, 1928. Native American name "Lady
Facing the East Sun" in Red Lake, MN. Departed this life on Sunday, March 20,
2011.
Preceded in death by her loving husband of 44 years, Harrison "Apple Jack"
Appleton, to whom she shall now join in Heaven. Beloved mother of six sons,
Mitchel Joseph Johnson, Avery, David, Gabriel, Hubert and Harrison Appleton;
four daughters, Lorraine Narvaez, Margaret Hanson, Wendy Appleton and
Elizabeth Anne "Muffy" Appleton. Further survived by a dear granddaughter whom
she raised as her own, Holly Hanson, great-grandchildren Elijah Harrison
"Tata"Appleton, Laila Adelle Appleton and Jackson Westley "Big Jack" Appleton,
28 other loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her loving only sister
Marcella Auginash, to whom she adored dearly, and a host of other relatives and
friends. Wonderful and caring mother to all of her children and a great confidant to
all of her friends.
The family would like to thank all of everyone in Madison and Milwaukee who
cared for her and made her feel comfortable in her last days. "Love you, Dolly"
