Cyrus Lee White, infant son of Vincent L. White and Alana Lee Anderson of
Ponemah, was born and died Friday, Feb. 11, 2011, at North Country Regional
Hospital in Bemidji.
Traditional services will begin at noon Saturday, Feb. 19, at the Ponemah
Community Center in Ponemah. A wake will begin on today, Feb. 17, at the
Ponemah Community Center and will continue until the time of the services
Saturday. Burial will be at the Family Burial Grounds in Ponemah under the
direction of the Cease Family Funeral Home of Bemidji.
Honorary pallbearers will be Carter Dow, Leo Kingbird, Trevor Rosebear and
Donald Dow.
Pallbearers will be Gerald W. Raisch Jr., Marcus A. White, Brian Dow and Ronald
Kingbird, with alternate Nick Spears and Brittaney Lewis.
He is survived by his parents; brother, Gerald W. Raisch Jr.; grandmothers, Phyllis
Smith and Agnes White; grandfathers, Vincent Dow and Dave Anderson;
great-grandparents, Jack White Sr. and Betty White; five aunts; five uncles; and
numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his great-great-parents, Jack Kingbird Sr., Lucille
Kingbird and Eugene and Ruth Dow.
